How it works

A trading floor, then a bench.

Floor is a live market for authenticated sneakers and streetwear. The price you see is the current ask. When you buy, the seller ships the pair to us. We inspect it. Then we ship it to you.

1. 01

   You buy the ask

   Checkout runs on Whop's embedded payment elements. Tax is added there. The seller is notified to ship.

2. 02

   Seller ships to Floor

   Not to you. The pair goes to our inspection bench with the order ID on the label.

3. 03

   We inspect

   Materials, stitching, box, and tags. If it fails, the pair goes back to the seller and you are not charged for it.

4. 04

   We ship, they get paid

   You get tracking. The seller is paid into their Floor wallet after the pair clears.
